I have placed this order on 7th 0ctober 2016 and i have not received it till date. I have waited far too long for the product and now i want cancel it and want refund. Its highly regrettful what you guys are doing now... i being a loyal customer didnt expect this. order no. is #[protected]-2352924. Please if possible kindly cancel the order and refund my money or if it is shipped send me tracking details ASAP.

I have went through order history and came to know that though we had received the payment worth of Rs.1598/- on[protected], but the order was not placed properly which is why, it was in your cart and till now it was not placed but we had placed the order from your cart and generated the order id as well.
