I had ordered 2 pair of shoes on 10/12/2016 and I have not recieved the product till today ( 11/29/2016) which is close to 1.5months. In their website, the assured delivery is between 3-21 days max. Order reference : #1009631 Contact details on their website : Email :[protected]@streetstylestore.com Phone:[protected] (10 A.M to 6 PM) Email response which I recieved once to my query regarding shipment : As per your query regarding your order #1009631, we will like to tell you that it has been " 13 " days since you placed the order with us. And our site takes the time period of 3-21 days for the delivery. As you have mailed us, we understand you need the products urgently. That’s the reason, we have marked your order as an Urgent one. This status will ensure that we dispatch your order asap. After that, Neither they responded to emails nor the refund is happening. I would like to get my money back. Our warehouse team has been continuously working to resolve the issue so that the orders are dispatched at the earliest.
