[Resolved] Street Style Store — Not received the product yet - SSS trying to compensate with a voucher

SSS is the worst service i have ever seen. None of the customers are satisfied with the service or products. This is trying to fool the customers. These type of Sites and services should be closed. Worst!

I have ordered on December 1st (made online payment while ordering) and till today the product has not been delivered.I have dropped more than 50 emails to SSS but there was no response. Then, I raised a complaint on this in Consumer Complaints post which SSS provided me with a voucher as a kind of compensation of the amount that i have paid for the product.

If they are not delivering the product that i have ordered, they must return my amount in the same form how i paid while placing the order. Instead they have sent me a SSS voucher.

What kind of trick is this? If they send me a voucher, do they think customers will shut their mouths and use that voucher again in SSS and place some order??

I don't want to step into the pit again by using that voucher in SSS. I need my money that i have paid to the product, to be credited to my bank account.

We have gone through your order and status shows that the parcel has been returned to origin. Let us explain this to you.
We shipped your order on " 02/22/2017 " and courier company marked the status on your order as " return to origin ". May be you were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you.
Whatever the case, we know order did not reach you.
Roopa . A help from your end here, please confirm that your address and contact number will be same as before.

Therefore we have given you credit note towards your order can use it for future shopping with us.
