I have ordered a product (wedge shoes) from the website of this company. The size of shoes doesnt fits well and i want to exchange the product. I do not want any refund and I am ready to buy any product of same value. I am sending mails to the company from last few days but not having any response from their side. It is just a simple issue of exchange and that too is not being handled properly. This company should close their website if they are not able to handle such simple issues and would give chance to other better websites. Please find the details of my order & kindly help to process my complaint asap. Order no. JQYCIPHPB placed on 11/23/2015 1. Dance to music of time Shoe size:36 In exchange I would like to have 1.
