[Resolved] Street Style Store — Oder was placed once but payment was deducted twice | |||
I am placing order on 22nd of August at 10 am and while making payment they on 10:05 am from my credit card money was deducted at that time and they redirect me directly to their cart again and order was not placed but money was deducted from my card. Then again i make a try to make payment, at this time money was deducted and the order was confirmed. In short, the order was confirmed only once against the money was deducted twice. I had made request with my credit card company for refund but they are saying that merchant was accepted both the payments, so it is advisable to contact to the merchant about this transaction and made request with them for refund. But there is no any way to contact to street style store as thier helpline is always seems to be busy and also mail id is not given anywhere to mail your issues. I have attached both payment screenshots for the reference of merchant and to process the refund as soon as possible. This complaint is to inform to street style store in any way that not to exploit their customers either it was due to technical issues or something. The rapid contact towards the query of their customers is important. So, humble request to you to provide a contact support to your customers. In last the customers have no choice except to make a legal complaint towards the merchant and it surely affects to the merchant's goodwill. So it is a very first and very humble request to this company to process refund as soon as possible, if not done it much affects the company in either way for this type of service. No telephonic conversation happened between you and me and no doubt the refund was initiated but it is after i make 100 of calls and messages to your company so i only want to say that improve your customer service and help customers to resolve their queries
