[Resolved] Street Style Store — Order cancelled after deducting my money | |||||
I had ordered for a pair of boots. After paying the money through Paytm, they deduct my money and cancel the order. The money is not there in the Paytm Wallet, nor in my account. This is a fraud site and the customer care doesn't pick up my call. I have attached screenshots of the transaction. "You just made a payment to CC AvenueNew Rs. 999.00 was deducted from your Paytm wallet. Your updated Paytm wallet balance is Rs 0.83. For future reference, your transaction id is [protected]." Verified Support Feb 06, 2016 Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi Trparna, I assure you that we never received a payment from you. In case you do not believe this, I request you to visit the payment gateway and ask them if the transaction was successful. Your money is either stuck with Paytm or there is some issue with your bank transaction. I suggest you to contact Paytm team asking them to return the deducted amount. They'll surely resolve it. This StreetStyleStore.com is a big fake store. Even after showing them the successful money transaction mail via Paytm, they still continue to tell that they haven't received the money. Then where did the money go?
I am very sure Paytm doesn't lie to it's customers. They have mailed me that they have transferred Rs. 999 to StreetStyleStore.com. But still this Merchant site keeps on lying.
I have also attached the payment confirmation message from Paytm for this transaction.
This type of companies should be banned. Who gives them the right to cheat Indian people? Frauds!
Please let me know whether I would ever get back my money which was stolen by the site.
