[Resolved] Street Style Store — Order delivery-not received the product | |||||
Hello, i have ordered one sandal from SSS on 4/1/2017.The estimated deliver was on 24/1/2017.Today i am posting this query on 30/1/2017.Still dint receive my product.When i track the order through courier service -bookmypacket's website, its showing the return is initiated without my knowledge.the reason for the return was incorrect shipping address.How ever i checked the address, its correct.There is no proper customer support eaither from SSS.Its been a month since i ordered the item.What am i supposed to do ? Verified Support Jan 30, 2017 Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi Vishva PatelWe have gone through your order and status shows that the parcel has been returned to origin. Let us explain this to you. We shipped your order on "01/17/2017" and Courier Company marked the status on your order as "return to origin". May be your were not available on your address or possibility might be there that courier company did not reach out to you. Once we will receive the package in our warehouse, we will place your order from our end or issue credit voucher for you. Thank you SSS | |||||
