[Resolved] Street Style Store — order not generated after payment | |
I ordered two shoes for 839 inr almost a week ago. It was prepaid through bhim upi. The money was deducted from my account but the order was not generated. I called the customer care number and submitted my complaint there. It has been four days and i no one has reverted back although they said we'll get back to you in 24 hours. I have been trying to speak with the customer care executive but no response there too. Nobody is taking my call. Either generate my order or i want my refund. Was this information helpful? | |
