Dear team,

This is to inform you that i placed my order on 21/11/2016. My order id is 1091224. Till date i have not received my ordered footwear. The order status is showing as payment accepted since the day i have placed order. Even there is no tracking id provided to track the order. I have also sent mail to your support team for multiple times but not getting valuable response. Expecting the revert on this complain as soon as possible. Please do the needful and provide satisfactory answer in response to this complain.

We are encountering some production issue that is why the dispatch of the order is being delayed. Our warehouse team has been continuously working to resolve the issue so that the orders are dispatched at the
earliest.

It is really disappointing to complain again and again regarding the order i have placed. It been more than 21 days since i have ordered footwear from your site. You have changed the status from Payment accepted to Priority dispatched. But since a week, i am not seeing any update the status. Provide the update on my order ASAP. Reply is awaited. It is first experience of mine ordering footwear from SSS on recommendation of a friend. But it does not seem worth. Provide me the order on time without any delay and excuse since you are a vendor and it is your prior responsibility. Don't force me to take any further action on this.
