[Resolved] Street Style Store — Order not received/ Tracking info is incorrect | |
My replacement order for boots was placed on February 4 and I didn’t receive it yet. The tracking number on the website is: ecom express-[protected] Upon calling ecom express I got to know this tracking number is invalid. I informed Street style store about this and asked for my refund and they keep saying Please wait for the item once you get it return it for a refund. So according to them I should keep waiting for an order that I don’t know the delivery date for just to return it. Was this information helpful? | |
