[Resolved] Street Style Store — Ordered and paid for 3 items but received only 2 of them | |||||
I had placed an order of 3 shoes on 9th October, which was delivered to me on 20th October. My order no. is #1003514. Payment mode was Cash on delivery. The bill on the box says about all 3 items which i had ordered so i paid for them, but when i unbox it there was only 2 pairs. So i mailed them regarding the issue. They made me wait for 5 days, then on 26th October they replied saying that they had forwarded the issue to the concerned team and will get back to me within 48 hours, but they didn't replied after that. Today is 5th November, still i haven't received my item. This is so irritating. If company can not send me the item then refund my amount back.
