I had placed and order and the payment was made online they didn't deliver my product nor they are refunding it's been three months. Also after mailing them they only reply apologies for the inconvinience please let us know if we can help you. This is very annoying they don't receive calls.
I had ordered shoes and made payment of 1000 rupees.

Kindly help me solve this issue. I really have a lot of hopes from you guys I want them learn a lesson.

These are big not smart people and website is fake to make people fool and trap them easily. You are not going to get back your product neither your money. we need to file a complain against in cyber crime.
