[Resolved] Street Style Store — Payment accepted but product not delivered | |||||
Hi #1080947 this is my order number. I placed the order on 5th November 2016 with online payment. It was assured that product will be dispatched within 21 days and its been a month now since I placed the order but i haven't received the product yet. Since it is very urgent i have requested you emailed you several times to deliver it asap. I have clearly mentioned that i have to wear those boots on 5th december but you spoiled that plan, now i am leaving this place on 16 december so if i don't get the order by then, then i am going to file a complaint against this website on a legal note for making false promises and accepting the payment and not delivering the product which comes under FRAUD. You have been playing with my patience every time I mail you so now i am not going to waste another moment mailing you if i still don't see the desired action. I am very well aware of the consumer rights in case of failed order delivery. So before I take further actions which might harm your site, I hope that I'll get my order sooner. Verified Support Dec 13, 2016 Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi Aishwarya, Due to demonetisation and cash crunch trouble our manufacturing unit are facing huge amount of production problem. Our units largely depends on cash to run and right now we are not able to work it out in a very smooth way. Our demand & supply chain is largely disturbed. This are really difficult times for us and we are sorry but at the same time we need your support like never before. Your order 1080947 will be shipped in this week. Saturday is the maximum we will be out with your orders.You will be receiving a tracking details the moment we ship it.
