[Resolved] Street Style Store — Payment not received - unauthorized behaviour | |||||
I had ordered 3 pairs of slippers for INR999 which I am not satisfied with the products at all.I have contacted them for return of money instead they said we do not have company policy of returning money back instead you can order a new size !!! When the customer is not at all satisfied with the products received then where does the point of ordering a new size of slippers come from ???? Later they agreed to take back the products and promised me to create a credit request once they receive the products.Now it also shows in the website of my order history, they have already received the products and now no one is responding either to my mails or calls.This is so DISGUSTING !!! They are literally playing with the customer's time and money !!! Such a crap it is !!! Its like i have to call several times or send mails repeatedly they do not have a concern for replying.I need my money back !!! i ha Was this information helpful? | |||||

A credit note worth Rs.999/- will be issued in your SSS a/c by today evening and that will be for your order 961440.The same shall reflect in your SSS a/c after 24 hrs. which you can use to shop anything from SSS.
