[Resolved] Street Style Store — Product delivered was not same as shown in the web image. | |||||
I ordered a set, a top and skirt. The same product with different top was ordered some time back by my friend with the same product specifications. The skirt which she received was the same as shown in the web image. But the skirt which I have received is off the cheap quality. The skirt is same as the material of a mop. I requested SSS to either exchange the product or refund the money. They have loopholes in there return process. They say they do not have a return policy. They are just blocking the customers money, by delivering bad quality products. This is not at all professional. Carrying on business on such a vast e commerce medium and deceiving the customers by manipulating the material of the products online and offline. Highly disappointed. They are actually breaching with the provisions of the Consumer Court. They do not have a return policy is the loophole in there process. I even requested to change the skirt with the skirt which was required to be delivered. I can share the images of the actual skirt which got delivered and which was supposed to be delivered. This is a highly committed fraud. Request you to take a serious action against the owners and founders of the Street Style Store. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Now, you may initiate your exchange yourself.
