[Resolved] Street Style Store — Product delivery issue | |||||
Hi, Its regarding order #1081235. I received a call from your courier service provider for order delivery but he did not deliver the product at my address and asked me to cancel the order. I did not understand if your site is providing me COD option then how come courier guy can ask me to cancel the order and make it prepaid? This is very ridiculous experience. Even after a month I did not receive my product then on which basis should I trust your company and make online payments? Please provide me the details of the order otherwise I have to cancel the order and purchase from some other site.
