[Resolved] Street Style Store — Product exchange | |||||
Okay, so here's the thing, SSS. I'm a little surprised by the exchange policy, as your website says that the returns or exchange should happen within a week of delivery of the product, but I don't understand how that is possible since there is just one customer care no. which is possibly busy all the time?!??? I purchased a tunic which is the smallest size available, and I've been waiting for over a week now for someone to pick up my call or revert to my emails. I hate sending stinkers especially cos this was my first order with you guys. And I'm very disappointed. Maybe you could answer my query here and let me know if this tunic is ever going to be returned or do i need to especially come to delhi and speak to u guys!? I need a reply ASAP since none o[censored]s are doing charity here and everyone's time n money is pretty valuable. Was this information helpful? | |||||
