Order not delivered from past 2 months and neither getting the refund

I haven't received my order: UZSTPUDJN placed on 03/7/2016 14:35:10.
It has been more than 2 months.

And despite reporting this issue to the site from past one month, no action has been taken.

I am highly disappointed with the service as well as customer support!!!

They are neither delivering my order or refunding my amount!!!
