[Resolved] Street Style Store — Product is not delivered so far and cancellation without my permission and giving it as credits in their website

My order number is 1017384 and 1017409. I ave made orders on october 10 and paid the amount already, 2 of the items were cancelled as they are out of stock which is not my problem and have given me amount in form of credits which is not acceptable. I want the amount back into my card. And so far haven't recieved any products its a month either i dont receive any updates. I have emailed them for which there is no reply.

We had went through your order history and came to know that your both the order are not cancelled.as we have provided the credit note for those products which are unpublished. Here are the product name and it's amount:

1.Angelica flats - Shoe Size : 36 Rs.299/-
2.House of Hackey - Shoe Size : 38 Rs.299/-

Note: You can use the credit slip in your future shopping with us and it's valid from one year from the date of issue.

As far as your actual order 1017384 & 1017409 is concerned, we had marked it as urgent and this status ensure to the concerned team to dispatch on priority basis. So kindly have a little more of patience and you will receive your orders very soon.

I wanted to return one product as its quality is the worst and i am not able to access my account it shows that email id doesnt exist...Help me with that as well dont u people reply on any emails?
I have recieved two items and a sorry note what that needs to be done in???? And learn to pick up the phone or respond to email.I want to return one sandals as well what will i do with credit note as u people are least bothered to deliver the products i want my other items in 2 days else pls put those with u do u understand i have ordered on oct 16 ans what is the today date?
I want immediate response to it..else u transfer the amount to my account not a credit note do u think after worst experience anyone will come and take products again from u ?

You have marked it urgent and i recieved two products means you need a reminder from us ? i[censored] have products at ur warehouse y dont u dispatch ?
waiting for our reminder something like that.
And y do u people hide yourselves by not providing a valid contact number?

Where have i received where do i return go through the reply u gave and see if any of my question is answered?
