[Resolved] Street Style Store — product not received from street style store.com and unethical behaviour witnessed | |||||
I placed an order from the company's website on May 25th. It is July 12th today (almost 2 months) and I still haven't received either the refund or the products till now. I was still hopeful till yesterday until I contacted them on their FB page. I told them this is unacceptable that they have just extorted the money and not delivering the products. I had warned them that I will take this complaint to the next level if I do not receive either the products or the refund by this week. Later on I was shocked to see that website admin had blocked me on FB!, so that I could not further message them/post on website page/tag them. Coming from a consumer retail store, this is totally unethical and unprofessional . Its like sheer deceit to the customers by extorting money from them.
