[Resolved] Street Style Store — Product returned and no credit slip given | |||||
Hi, I ordered 3 sandals for INR 999 in October 2015 and paid the amount online, . Out of 3, 2 products were of poor quality and hence I requested for return pick-up on the same day. The products were collected in November 2015 and I am still waiting for the credit to be applied in my SSS account to purchase a new product as they do not refund the amount. It is only exchange or repurchase. It is very annoying as the customer care does not even respond to my emails and their contact number is always engaged.
