Hi, I have ordered belle flats on august 14th and the order number is 874241. the transaction was successfully done. i haven't got my product still and i mailed them regarding the issue but they replied as they are sincerely sorry because there was some operational fault and couldn't deliver the product. this is so disgusting and unpleasant so, could you contact them and solve my issue Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had went through your prepaid order 874241 of product " Work Smart - Shoe Size : 35 " and came to know that it was cancelled as the particular product was out of stock due to the unavailability of the raw materiel, which is why our executives have issued you an credit note of same amount in your SSS account which will be valid for one year from the date of issue. You can use that as an voucher for the future shopping with us.
