Hi team, It's been more than one month and i haven't received my product yet which is actually to be delivered by 27/11/2017. But today i opened the site to check the order status, i am seeing that order has been canceled. I didn't cancel the order from my end then how can it be canceled and what about the money i paid for that product. You people are not at all bothered about the customers. There are no proper response, contact details or customer care numbers. Are cheating the customers by taking money from them in online and you are cancelling the order. You are not picking up the calls and not responding to the emails. So the money will be yours. Is that the way you are earning money? Is this is the way you are treating the customers? Can you please tell me how you are transferring money back to me and respond me asap. Because it's been so long i waiting for that product. Now it was canceled from your end itself.
