[Resolved]  Street Style Store — received faulty item

I ordered 3 footwears.. Among them one i received faulty item and other i want to exchange for size issue. So i am trying to reach them since 7 days. I am raising number of tickets but not getting reply for any.. And also the status is not updated so that i can update it for exchange.. Such a bad website with no customer support. Worst shopping experience ever.
