after complaining so many times and after giving a response to you that they will tranfer the money still no money transferred

all the order number which i provide you they provide me a note of these order and when i order o[censored]sing these notes that order will cancel or out of stock .so i did not get any thing, they misuse my money many a time .and now they are not providing me a credit note, and now i want refund so again they are not providing do something consumer forum i trust on you blindly

Updated by nandini bhardwaj I have placed order 3394868 from SSS on 14 April and payed by UPI and now as of l and other reason i want to cancel it .
So i tried to do that, but SSS are denied to refund my money .
As they are saying they will provide me credit note,
Earlier when i pay by cash then they pay credit note
but now this time i payed by UPI still they are giving same excuse
As they should refund money on the same source .
I want to cancel this,
They are not allowed to force me for order i want my refund back.
Why they are doing this if they are not refund money why thet open this online shopping site
