Street Style Store — Refusal of cancellation

I ordered a cordset today and made the payment online but the delivery date is not to convience and i want to cancel my order but there's no option for cancellation i e-mailed the company for the same and tried calling help line no. There's no answer on I tried contacting them through their instagram page but there's still no response i need my order before 20 may as its my birthday and i need the dress but it says it will be delivered after 31 may .
I want to register this complaint and request a refund as soon as possible.
I request for :
1. Cancellation of my order #11065547
2. Full refund as soon as possible
