[Resolved] Street Style Store — Replacement order sent without me asking for the same. | |||||
This is in reference to my order no. 1033909. product: set: just keep getting (top + black pant) : m rs 999/- & invoice no: #in1016753 I had ordered for this product as a replacement of 3for999 chappals in august 2016. i received the set: just keep getting (top + black pant) in october16. as the product was totally ill fitting, i returned the same within 2 days of the receipt of the set and i had clearly mentioned in the replacement request that i did not like the product and would like to exchange it for something else. i had to do a lot of follow up as after the return packet was picked up there was no update for over 10 days regarding the return. i sent them a number of emails asking the status on their email id [protected]@streetstylestore.com but there was no response. finally after a complaint was registered on https://www.consumercomplaints.in i received an update in my street style store account mentioning the return package was received on 15/10/2016. i then asked for a credit voucher in order to shop something else for the same amount but again there was no response inspite of number of emails being sent to their email address. after a couple of days i suddenly get an email that your replacement product has been shipped and the tracking number was given. I immediately sent an email asking them what product is replaced as i had never asked for a replacement i wanted to change the product and i also told them to stop the replacement as i did not want the set: just keep getting (top + black pant). as usual i received an auto generated email with a ticket number but there was no response from the street style store representative. As per our telephonic conversation, We had manually arranged the pick up for your replacement order and once it will be done and product is receive in the warehouse, we will issue you the credit note of same amount. Until then, have a little more of patience till pick up is done.
