[Resolved] Street Style Store — Return / replace a product | |||||
Hi. I had booked a pair of shoes from sss. I was told that the shoes have been shipped back to origin without any delivery person calling me or trying to contact me. Further, a few days later, my neighbour receives a parcel and accepts it unknowingly and pays the cod amount. How can this even be possible? In between i went to a local store and purchased the exact same product. So now i have 2 pairs of white shoes for no reason. The ones that i received from sss, don't even fit me. They are super loose. And they aren't even the same as the design shown in the image. I am unable to find the return / replace tab on the website as my product is still showing "shipped" status, instead of "delivered". Please help me replace/return this product. As per your query, we had arranged an manual pick up for your order 987908 of product " Classic vintage sneakers - Shoe Size : 40 " and the pick up will be done in next 3-5 days. Once the pick up is done and receive in the warehouse, we will dispatch the replacement order on priority or will issue the credit note of same amount in your SSS account.
