[Resolved] Street Style Store — sent a tattered or broken sandal | |||||
Hi! I placed an order (Vngkleggt) on 06/25/2027 from sss ie streetstylestore. I ordered three pairs of flats out of which one had a tattered lace. I immediately tried to contact them but there was no way that i can get in touch with them. They have the worst website i have ever seen in my life. They have given return button but when you click on that it tells you the steps and when you try to follow those steps you wont find that option on the website. Its actually not given on the website. Like they tell you to go to "order history and details" then they say you to click on "replace" but there is not replace button over there. It says "select you order" but there is no option.. To select.. Nothing to select and that wont even let you enter manually. I want to exchange that piece. Was this information helpful? | |||||

who marked this as resolved? Without the consumer consent how can you mark it as resolved! I requested for an exchange, beacause one flat was broken..They did the exchange but that too with another broken pair! and guess what is changed this time, previously in an pair it was one flat, this time both the flats are tampered!!! i mean what a company! what a pathetic service and top of that cheap quality goods! i do not want to wait for another 30 days! i want my money back!!!
I ordered three pairs initially, out of which two pairs were defective, i got to know the other one later on. they exchanged only one! and the exchanged good they are sending that is defective too! whats the point of waiting that long!!

So thats like, go to my account first.. You will first option there "order history & details" and then you are supposed to click on Return.
In my case, when i click on "order history & details" it says "you have not placed any orders" and it doesn't show any replace button!!!
So, i hope now you get what my concern is and wont send my such stupid link again!
You better send your courier person to collect that damaged product you have sent me and give me a new one!!
