I placed an order on february 24th 2016, #xpmhyaaot. I have not received it as of now. It has been over a month, infact excatly over 40 days and i have not received anything from them. I did not get any call from them regarding the delay which is very disappointing because this is not how a business fucntions. Customer service should be the the foundation. I received an email saying that this order has been cancelled which is because te customer is not reachable. However, i received no call/text saying the same to me. This was completely uncalled for. There is no sense of responsibility in this firm. Its a waste of time and these people dont value time or effort. Just pathetic. Worst shopping experience ever !
