[Resolved] Street Style Store — Street style store: clothing: order not received | |||||
I have placed one order on 6th October(#997132) and one on 10th October(#[protected]). Payment were sucessfully done with online payment mode, but haven't received my ordered till now. I have mailed on customer support Id and got a reply that my order was converted to priority dispatch order but still haven't received it yet. Could you please help me either with the exact date that when I will receive both of them, or just simply help me with the process to cancel the order and how to get my money back in my account. I have gone through order 997132 of product " Floral Fragrance Dress - Size : M " has been prioritized after few days from placing the order. We are sorry as we were not able to deliver the product within the promised period of time as we are having some operational fault at our production end, which is why the delay is happening. Once it is recovered, i will personally sent an reminder to the warehouse team to dispatch your order at earliest. Well that was the total expected reply from your end. "OPERATIONAL FAULT". You must have gone through my complaint, and it is clearly written that either help me with the exact date for the delivery of both of my products or just tell me the process to get my money back.
