[Resolved] Street Style Store — Unethical behavior | |||||
I ordered 2 shoes from style street 2 weeks before. Their delivery is 3-21 days. Last week I was informed I am traveling this week. So I sent an email to them regarding my order. Their customer care never picks the call nor they reply on emails.This is their customer service. If the customer is in need they don't even pay a heed to talk to us. I tried calling their customer care and don't even pick the call. But can't they understand that because of an emergency I have to leave this week for 3months. Then who is gonna collect my order or will they simply keep the money in their pocket. These guys should know how to treat a customer.. What I ask is a simple thing reply my queries and give me a solution. My money is gone now and I will be travelling. If they could have heard me and gave me a solution then it would have been great. This status will ensure that we dispatch your order as soon as possible. However, we understand your concern that you are leaving within this week and won.t return for next 3 months, but all i can do at the moment is to ensure and sent an reminder to the warehouse team to dispatch your order at the earliest.
