i want to return my dress which i got delivered i am not happy with that and i need my money to be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with the quality or size then you may initiate your exchange yourself. Here is the link to understand how it works.

When you follow the mentioned steps, your pick up will be arranged and once the pick up is done and we receive the products in our warehouse, the credit note/replacement order will be made as per your selection you made while you initiated the exchange.
