[Resolved] Streetstyle Store — Non delivery of products | |||||
I had ordered 2products from streetstyle store on 27/5/2017 amounting to ₹1200. It mentioned the delivery to happen within 3-21 days, but still haven't received it. Tried contacting them but their toll free no is not working. So i emailed them but every mail the replies are the same "be rest assured you will receive your products and we have forwarded your query to the concern department". But since 2weeks i dont see any progress happening. I messaged them on their facebook page but no one bothered to reply even after reading the messages. I had requested them the product to be delivered before a certain date since im Travelling later.in one of the mails they mentioned due to unavailability of raw materials delay can happen it means they dont have the product. Its been a mistake paying them by card since my money is stuck and the company is highly unprofessional and cheating customers.in this case now i want the product to be delivered within a weeks time or give my refund back amounting to ₹1200. I ordered shoes from this website on 12th June and have already paid for it. Still no sign of contact from the customer care about the status of my order.
