[Resolved] Streetstylestore.com — No delivery after, 3.5 months poor quality | |||||
I ordered three shoes online on streetstylestore, SSS website on 17 th Oct. 2016. In spite of writing several emails I still have not received complete order nor refund. As I didn't received any shoe I requested to cancel my order and refund the payment. They kept on sending emails that the order has been shipped. I kept on sending emails to cancel the order. When I threatened to complain in consumer forum they send me very poor quality, 2 pairs of shoes instead of 3 which is not even usable. I have not got refund. I have initiated return of the 2 shoes which was delivered in mid Jan and they have not started return pick up yet. The site pictures are totally misleading. They are taking consumers for ride.
