[Resolved] Streetstylestore.com — No refund of extra payment since last 5 months | |||||
Hello, I've ordered a combination of shoes in 999/- (Order Number: 615592 on ) and made an online payment using Net Banking. I was notified that my online transaction was failed so i made another transaction using different bank and it was successful. The very next day, i got an email saying that my first transaction was also successful and the money got deducted from account. I contacted the Streetstylestore.com and raised a refund ticket. Their customer care representative emailed me with the ticket ID and told me that the amount will be refunded to me within 6-7 working days. i've been checking my both the bank's accounts for months but there is no sign of refund even after 5 months. I've been trying to call on the customer care number but they wont pick up the call nor they reply on any of the emails i've sent. Please look into it and resolve the issue as early as possible.
