[Resolved] Streetstylestore.com — Payment has been done but product has not been delivered since 45 days and no appropriate response from their side in spite of several queries

The order for the product was made on 15/10/2015. The order number is #312926 and reference number is QWFCDOBSV. The amount of Rs.999 was paid on 15/10/2015 14:57:37 via credit card. It is 1/12/2015 and i have no update on the product.I want the order to be cancelled and the amount i have paid towards the order to be refunded. Please look into the issue ASAP.
