[Resolved] Streetstylestore.com — Unable to return the product & unable to contact company | |||||
I have ordered the shoes from www.streetstylestore.com on dated 16.11.2015 through cash on delivery (Rs. 750) and it was delivered in mid of December 2015 (after one month). When i saw the product i found it has pathetic quality so i tried to return the product.. Now the problem arises. The contact no of the company i.e.[protected] mentioned on the website doesn't work. I tried to contact the company so many times but didn't find any way. Company has also changed its address which was previously mentioned on the website. No communication from the company side from the date of ordering the product to delivery of the product is made till now. Also no response from the company side from email is done. Even on the website it has shown that the product is shipped till now. No delivery update is done by the company on the website. Can anybody help me how to tackle this to get back my money from the company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
