I purchased the item but the white skirt had pale yellow strains and the material was cheap. I asked for return and refund the very next day. No proper email response from them and I was given telephone number but none picking the call. Worst online shopping, I even asked refund in credits but no response from the agent named Sneil haven't responded yet to my email. Worst customer service and online shopping. I recommend not to purchase from this website and also take action.

My item has been collected yesterday, I would like a credit and not the replacement. Your customer service was really very worst one I've ever seen. The quality of the product was so bad and never received a proper reply from Snehil Bajpai and the contact number which was given by her was all the time busy and if it was ringing none picked the call. You guys really don't care about your customer.
