[Resolved] Streetstylestore — Refund credit note | |
I have placed one order in june which they failed to deliver it on time. They have deliver that order after 2 month when i was not available to the city. I am not sure about the return policy now they are not doing credit back that amount neither i can see the amount credit in my street style store. I have tried to contact them as well as call them. Verified Support Oct 06, 2016 Street Style Store Customer Care's response Hi Deepa, Your order 742475 was RTO (Returned to Origin) as you were not available at the time of delivery. A credit note of the same amount has been issued in place of the above RTO order. You may use the same to shop anything from our website.
