[Resolved] Streetstylestore — Size replacement

I had placed a request for size exchange on 27.010.2016 which is not yet done. I had received a product for order no.1024723. I also got the product delivered late which is aconstant problem of the streetstylestore.com. This is my last order from the website would never recommend the same to anyone. I want my problem to be resolved immediately. It's been 5 days no one come to collect the product. When i received the product i immediately send request for replacement. Kindly process my request soon.

I have went through your order details 1024723 and came to know that you have initiated the exchange the process but pick-up was not done, so considering the need of the situation, we have arrange an manual pick-up for your order and it will be surely done in next 3-5 working days. Once the exchange product is receive in the warehouse, we will dispatch you the replacement order immediately or will issue you the credit slip of same amount.
