Stri Bhava — fraud website: clothing - lehenga choli

I am sujatha from Chennai. I have ordered a saree worth Rs.1799. But they have sent a wrong product
which is not worth Rs.100/-. There is no proper response from them when I called them. After long
try only I was able to get their number. One person from a mobile number asked my ATM card number
informing that he will transfer the money. I have given complaint to the Commissioner of Police, Chennai
to trace out them through the Surat Police Officials. I am working in a Government Department.

Reporting the same experience and reported to https://consumerhelpline.gov.in/.

I have experienced the same incident, where i have ordered a dress worth rs 1799 from this website https://stribhava.com/; but the quality of the material was too low so i thought of returning it as per their returning and refunding policy. I called them on their official customer care number [protected] but it is switched off. i made another attempt to contact them via [protected]@STRIBHAVA .COM but still i got no response.
So, i request you to take strict and immediate action against owners of this website so that nobody else can be fooled.

I ordered a saree and the colour and quality is totally different, I rasied a request for return and they are not responding to me. It is a BIG FRAUD.

And its quality and colour was so different and very poor.and i request for return but they are not responding me.it is a big fraud.

Today i got a call from another unknown number from sareeofffer.com, saying they are ready for return,
Want me to send product back to them, and within 2 days of receiving, they will refund.

When i told them how unprofessional they are, and i have found lot of complaints against tehm on consumer complaints forum adn they are frauds, they asked me to say sorry to them for calling them fraud.

Please suggest what should i do next.
I told them i cannot rely to them any more and so will prefer written communication:

2) After return courier done, please send us tracking details of return product in our whatsapp no ( [protected]).Also send us your order details and bank details ( Acc No, IFSC Code, Acc Holder Name) in our whatsapp no.
3) After Receive your parcel, we will refund your amount to your account in 2 working days

I have ordered Lehenga from https://palavart.com/ i have recieved lehenga, but lehenga was not similar what they have shown in the picture so i returned. Till now there is no response and the customer care number is also switched off if rings also no body picks that. Now i have left nothing no lehenga and no money :(
Its a fraud site.

I had ordered a Saree via the website https://stribhava.com/; Order ID: 15492 and the amount being rs1799.
But the product i received is not worth even rs100.

I tried to call them on the number provided in the website. But that is switched off for days.
I also wrote to them to the emai-id provided for return of product and that they should refund the amount.
I havent received any reply from them.

Please ensure that this website to be blocked so that others are not fooled like me.

I only wish I had read all this before ordering lehenga for Rs. 1799. A sheer waste of money as the quality is so bad. Disgusting. I think the owners should be arrested for online fraud. No response to mails. Phone number doesn't work. BEWARE OF STRI BHAVA

Have you all seen their facebook page. They are really bold. They have the gall to advertise like they are super good .😠😠They should be made to apologize publicly

They called me once I informed about complaint, told me to return product on my own and share my bank details.
But I avoided doing it as so many yonline frauds I have heard of after giving bank details.

Any comments how to expose this kind of business ???please comment
