Stribhava — my complaint is for a fraud cloth selling company namely stribhava.com

I had ordered a Saree via the website https://stribhava.com, amounting to Rs.1799.
But the product i received is of worst quality not worth even Rs100.
I talked to their customer care executives, namely swati and jai dev they provided me a whattsup number. They said about the return policy to send the product on their said address which I feel was a trap to take the purchased item back with money.I also wrote to them to the emai-id provided for return of product and that they should refund the amount.I havent received any reply from them.
Please ensure a support to me I am going to approach the consumer court .I will trash them in the court. I am also approaching cyber crime officials to check the location and address of their executives swarthi, jaidev namely, and this website will be blocked very soon.and take the culprits behind the bars, what I need is your support and I pray that others are not fooled anymore now.please write to on itsmezubi.[protected]@gmail.com. cell no +91-[protected].
