I had purchased a pair of lehenga choli from this online site called stribhava, first and foremost the product as shown on the website and what was sent were completely different interms of colour, quality of the cloth and the design. I paid cash on delivery however since I was dissatisfied with the product I called the company asking for a return to which they said that I have to arrange for the package to be sent back as they don't provide the return pick up and upon recieving the product they will call and take my bank details for refunding the amount. I have sent their product back which was delivered to them on 3rd May 2019 and received by a Akash from the company however they are claiming that they have not received my return package and are now answering my calls or replying to my WhatsApp msgs or emails.
