I ordered a saree of rs 999 but the product i received s horrible.
Its cheap material and nor even worth 200.
The packet which i received do not gave any details of the company or any other vital info abt the co... Which normally is there from the packets of other online sites. That means it's fake as no sender details is there.
How do i return my item

They sent us a wrong product and I tried to return it but they are not attending the call it's always busy and the email ID is invalid . I sent them a message for that I receive no reply

I had placed an order on 14.8.2019 for a saree for Rs.999/- plus courier charges Rs.200/- The company confirmed the order number as 29254. One lady called and said saree would be delivered within 5 days. But till date I have not received the saree. She called from[protected]. When I send an email as per the ID given in their website, it bounces.
