Hi All, I Bought a 32GB Striontium Micro SDHC Card on the[protected] from planet M Store, within 2 weeks it got damaged i went to the store to complaint they made me speak to Sagar Abraham National Service Manager who informed me to visit the service center Lamington Rd. Grant Road East since they do not have one in our area Today I went to the service center which is more than 1 hr drive and they informed me nothing can be done. Kindly help me as this is not acceptable. I received an email from [protected]@strontium.biz after i purchased the product and registered online stating that Since there're 32GB Micro SD Card and certainly eligible life time warranty. Please send it to our nearest Service Centre for any replacement. For warranty checking we require proof of purchase (Receipt) together with the defective product.
