Purchased style spa furniture worth 1.25 lakhs, horribley the bed has cracked ridiculous from the middle while my grandmother was sitting on it she is 70 years old and weighs 47 kg. Since the bed broke suddenly my cousin who is 5 years old got badly injured his leg and ended up with nerve injury in his leg. I have attached all the evidence including the medical reports. I need a replacement along with medical expenses incurred. Please do the needful. Thanks

I bought a COT from style spa furniture out let begum pet, Hyderabad, all of a sudden when i sat on the COT, it was broken in the middle. I was quite disappointed with quality of the product. I have almost 20k + for this product.

When i approach the style spa furniture outlet, they said that i need to buy the side supporting accessories to fix my problem, when i discuss about the quality of the product they said that it was a common problem with the design that was choose by me, which is really annoying to me.

When i order for the accessory, they said that it will take a minimum of 4 to 5 weeks to get delivered and again i need to bear the transportation and technical assistance charges to fix my COT.

Since the problem is with style spa brand they need to address the customer issues in a proper and decent manner, in spite of that they are charging to customers. I request every one don't by this product any more also the service that is provided by them is too bad. The quality of the product is too bad. Just for look wise it might impress you, but don't trust this brand any more.

Desirable resolution: As it is accepted by the company outlet, it is a design issue of the product and which they agree that they have stopped production of this kind of design and it is a manufacturer fault. They should replace this for free of cost to the customers.

I have purchased a center table (Indigo coffee tab) on 21.12.2017 when i was visited your store that time only that table was having manufacturing defect i told that time to sales man regarding the same than he told me that i will fix the problem than only i will send it to at your home but without doing any thing you have sent that product at my home. When i open the table the problem is as it is.
Than i went to a your store at morabadi ranachi to complain for the same there after a carpenter visited at my home and told me this defect is manufacturing and can't be fixed, being it is from very fist day so, you can ask for replace the product. I again visited your store and you told me i don't have the same product at my store i will replace it within a week.

Now more than one month have passed and still my center table not replaced yet during the month i have visited 4-5 time at your store but i only getting a next date for the same.

Now i am fed-up i have purchased a branded product for a good services but such type of services i am not expecting form style spa.
Please help me out.

5 seater large foam seats sofa with belts need minor repairing by tightening of its belts not spoiling the fabric leather which is still like new. D seat 1 leg needs fixing which is loose from the day it was delivered. When told to ngp distributer not cared to attend as no spare part available. Plz depute engineer. It is small service but local carpentar are not aware of the style spa technology. Thanks ramesh raman

I have bought a dining set from your outlet at adityapur, jamshedpur costing rs. 27000/- 3 years ago. The stand of the dining table is a faulty design and when we complained a ametuer carpentor attended and did a very bad job. As a result the dining table is sagging and may fall apart any moment. Kindly replace the table stand immediately.

We purchased a sofa set worth one lakh rupees for our home at rajahmundry style spa store. The leather gradually got damaged and the foam inside the sofa is coming out. Last year we have done necessary repairs to the sofa by the style spa carpenters. But we paid the charges for that. After one year it's totally spoiled. U can understand i[censored] can see the pictures. The material was not good and it's not worth as the price.

Your sambalpur (Odisha) unit was requested to fix the centre table procured from your bilaspur unit after getting it dismentaled on my transfer from bilaspur to sambalpur but your sambalpur unit's manager mr. Mohapatro is most non-cooperative guy and very harsh on dealing with the customers. Pl instruct your mr. Mahapatro to behave properly and to be customer friendly if you like keep that unit running

We have purchased a two door wardrobe last year and within an year we started facing problem.
The hinges came out and when we had contacted the customer care person whose number is given in justdial of tnagar chennai branch. He had first informed us he will rectify it. Later he says there will be a minimum rs.500 charged against any issues. We had made him clear that the wardrobe is still in warranty and it should be fixed at free cost. But he never agreed to our point.
My advice is never buy in style spa no warranty for your valuables.

We have taken a glass table from style spa hyderabad branch. My dining table glass got bursted down a day ago into pieces. We got scared by seeing the blast. We were lucky enough to get escaped and got few injuries. We were in shock for few hours. Its a tampered glass table. I bought many items from style spa. We bought as it has many branches in india as if we will get good services when required.in ahmedabad there is no service center or branch as of now? Its been closed from last 2 years. Please do required replacement.

I am very sorry to state that i have now in a dilemma to decide that whether i had taken the right decision to buy furniture of style spa make from their showroom of 3b camac street, kolkata - 700 016 to present in the occasion of my daughter's marriage. Out of many furnitures, one was the bed of size 180/200 of product code 025618 has been broken in the early october, 2017 as shown in the attached photographs. I had an idea that they are very much serious of keeping their words and reputation of after sales service of their products as was committed by the showroom people at the time of buying. But till now, it appears as a fake commitment to me from your end.

Initially my daughter given an email to them on 4th october, 2017 and subsequently i have given a reminder to them on 6th november, 2017 and also tried to contact them over phone for several times. But they have still not responded.

I would request you to please take necessary action to replace/repair the same at the earliest.

I am a regular customer of your company. I purchased one Fiesta Dining Table and Four Dining Chairs from your company on 24.04 .2013 ( Invoice No. - [protected], Suppliers Ref. [protected] ) . The seating portion of the chairs is breaking one by one And already 2 chairs has been damaged. Again, I purchased one 3 door wardrobe and one 2 door wardrobe on 27.12.2016 ( Product Code- 108036 and 108173 ) After purchasing the said wardrobes, I found fungus all over the wardrobes and one of the wooden self is bent. Inspite of treatment by the shop, the existing problem is not solved. For your kind information, previously I purchased so many furnitures viz computer stand, TV stand etc. from your Company. I have bought one recliner in dec., 2012 from your udaipur, rajasthan showroom. One leg out of total 5 legs of the recliner got damaged which need repair / replacement immdtly. But since udaipur showroom is closed, where can i get the recliner leg repaired / replaced. Though the product is now out of warrantee period but being a specific product the same can not be repaired locally and need help from style spa.

The skin of the recliner is coming out completely and that too eith out using it for a long time its been 1 year we bought the product and for alomost 7 months it has been kept aside and when we finally started using it the skin of the recliner is clming out
I am a regular user of styla spa if this complaint is not taken seriously and the recliner is not repaired then i will stop using styla soa and suggest all my friends and family to stop using it

Purchased king size cot in nov 2016. Side panel broke in july 2017. I complained to mysore style spa. Sent them photos. They told they have booked the replacement for side panel. It's been now almost 3 months and there is no response. Their website doesn't work, fb page nor twitter is active. Customer care number is not working. Pathetic customer service. Don't know where to complain...

I bought king size bed on 5010 but after 3 years one side panel broken i go to asansol center near lic they changed it after taking 50% amount but again after 2years both side panel broken, sir what i do now ur product is very bad it give lot of problem to me so please do necessary if possible please change it.

We have a purchased a 3+1+1 sofa set from style spa gajuwaka branch, ap in the year 2012. It got damaged and given for repair to the person suggested by the respective branch on 11/09/2017. He committed to give back the sofa on 21/09/2017. But still we have not received the sofa. Daily i am calling to the person to hear a new story from that fellow. By the way he is treating me as if he is doing the job for free of cost. If this is the way we will not come to style spa in my life time and i am going to suggest all my friends, relatives and colleagues not to by any furniture from style spa. Now this upto you whether to take any corrective action or not.

I have purchased one montana bedroom package set on 19/09/2017 but till date the style spa boring road, patna branch not sent the side table of the above package, every time they are saying and making false commitment that we will sending today afternoon and evening.
I have already paid the entire rs. 71146/- and rs.800/- for carrying charge, but after several reminder and phone calls they are not bother to send the item.
Please look into this matter i am very much disappointed with the service and decided not to buy any thing from style spa in future.

As we have purchased the sofa (3+1+1) mf vi fabric sofa on 30.07.2016 and have given complaint through mail on 18.10.2016 regarding the sofa crushed and the company people has responded on 17.09.2017 and opened the sofa set and inserted the packing waste thermo plastic material they have used (For your reference photo has been attached) and it was done by third party worker and not by the company people, so i am very much dissatisfied about the work.

Being reportedly informed to their staff and manager, they have completely neglected.

I purchased a double bed from vishakapatnam style spa..the bed side panel cracked recently I requested for a replacement ND gave advance money for this I was told it will take 15 days as the bed is old model...every 15 days I followed up and was given the same reason and dates extended...then I busted the showroom I was told style spa is being merged with another company so the delay was again given another date...I waited when I called after the promise d time I was told GSt issue..
Now I m being given another date

Disgusting it is for them to treat the customer so badly
