I have ordered for 3nos estilo queen size beds, two side tables and one novel dining table with 04 chairs on 6 th july 2016 and made advance payment of rs.76053 thru my credit card. I also made cash payment of rs.15700/- on 31st july and another cash payment of rs.20, 000/-on 5th august. All through i insisted on cash receipts but each time i am told that server is down. Also for completed deliveries, when i ask for invoice they gave same reply. Finally, after lot of follow up they gave me invoices on 6th of august, 2016. While i made a total payment of rs.111753/- the total invoce value is rs.111564/-. Thus they recovered rs.189/- more from me. When i asked for refund, they said drawer keys are with manager and they will send the amount to my home. Till date, i have not received the refund. I bought the furniture from your store located at 3-6-436, naspur house, himayatnagar, hyderabad 500029.

    I have purchased one full bed room set from your cochin shop
    Before three years. After two months the one side one the cot is found to be broken and side tepoy top lamination damaged. I have
    Reported this issue many times to your cochin showroom but i didn't get a proper feedback. For the last three years it has been laying idle. You please arrange a service for this item immediately.

      Dear Sir,

      I may inform you that Stylespa furniture"Wall Unit 660" purchased from " Stylespa furniture Limited Mavoor Road, Kozhikode -673 004 "vide invoice No.249 dated 31.08.2010 providing fungus powder after 10 months period of purchase (June 2011).I had complained and ur Company applied a lotion for clearing fungus. But after 3 months fungus again appeared in both sides of the furniture and I showed the fungus powder in ur firm at Kozhikode . But after so many times complaints they have visited and applied a lotion again and refitted the furniture during 2014. Now the furniture is disintegrated providing wooden powder like sand powder from all nook and corner of the furniture. Daily removing all wooden powder is not practical and it looks very dirty condition in room. We have complained about this to ur firm, but no action from ur side so far. In the circumstances I am to request you sir to look into the matter seriously and do the needful for getting it in good condition.

        Dear team,

        I had purchased a king size bed and a dining table from your outlet at city centre 2.
        The same was delivered and fixed up at my residence. I am still to receive the invoice copy for the goods.
        However to my surprise i noticed that the dining table is broken from one side.
        The side wooden log is broken and pasted. I am attaching the pic of same.
        I am absolutely shocked to see the same. This wasn't at all expected from a reputed brand like yours. Even you people do these kind of cheating? I am shocked. I have purchased a dining set worth more than rs 55000. Doesn't it have any value to your eyes? If it does have then how can you deliver such a faulted/ broken piece to customer?
        I would like it to be resolved immediately. It needs to be replaced immediately.

        Also i would like to get the appropriate justification for this act along with the replacement. Else i would take this case to the social media an put number of reviews and pics at your website and the related links. By doing so i will ensure no other customer will be facing such issue.
        How can you not send the invoice copy to the of the article getting delivered. This actually gives me impression that probably you guys have sent me defective piece to see if i am not able to find out the problem in the good then you will send me the invoice. So, here you guys have lost your bet and i'll see to it the proper rectification is done with lawful justification as it is not just an error.

        Expecting professional urgency in the appropriate closure of the case.

          Style Spa Furniture — Sofa internal fault

          Spring sound and spring seen like a projection in the seating area. Not even a 2.5 years completed. 125000 rs is not a product like this. Looks like a manufacturing defect.
          If you buy furniture please prefer trusted brand not Style Spa like cheap brand they not provide after sales service in Kolkata lots of complain launch through mail but they don't reply.

            Hello,
            On January 24 2016 I bought a double bed from a style spa showroom in Nagpur, Maharashtra. When the bed was delivered some of its parts were missing which are still not delivered to me. Now some of its other parts are literally falling apart and I am getting no service about it even after complaining. This company definitely has a very poor product quality and I shall not speak about the customer care service because they probably don't have any team for it.

            Book shelf - it is a three partitions glass door tall book shelf. Hinges to hold inside partition plank is broken. Glass door is to be tightened. Earlier service person and told that hinges were not available. Storage rack- sliding door have been come out.

                Purchased furniture in combo offer from PATNA style spa(Boring canal Road), and provide chq of Rs 40K. Two days later they told me your Chq is bounced need to pay in cash. So, paid as per requirement. After 12 days that chq again produce in bank and withdraw my 40K. Now, everyday they told me will refund back. Such a unethical company cant believe.

                    1- Pre ordered the Sofa on 31st Dec-14.

                    2- Delivered by style spa on 30th Jan-15

                    3- Promised made by you that good service is guaranteed.

                    4- Sofa installed on First week of Feb-16 and it got damaged by Jun month. Even it has been seen to style spa installer(when he had came to my home for installation of another Style spa product on July-16 itself). After chasing with style spasales team, no one had responded. Then we gone to style spa CC2, Kolkata showroom and after so many follow ups finally you had responded.

                    5-When your sofa technician visited my place on November-2016, after that I had discussed with showroom incharge of style spa( Mr. Nilanjan)and he said it's a manufacturing defect and we are trying our best to resolve it asap.
                    6- And maximum by End of Decemebr-2015, it will be rectified.

                    But still today I am following up. No respond from Style spa.

                      Purchased siesta coir form mattress from Kozhikkode, Kerala show room of Style Spa on 30.06.2015.The product was delivered to my residence .within a weeks time its shape has changed and it has become uneven.Reported this to the manager of the kozhikode show room Mr.Sanoj and he promised that he will replace it soon.Within a month the manager has resigned and new man, Mr.Deepak took charge.but despite several phone calls and personal visits to the showroom the mattress has not replaced.

                      A week after the complaint, the new manager called us and informed us that their head office has recieved a complaint from the Consumer Complaint Forum and after a week, they came and took a photograph of the mattress. After a few days, they informed us that the photographs had been sent to the head office and that they had approval to replace the mattress. They told us that it would be replaced when new stock became available. Expecting the replacement, we waited till December 20th. Upon further inquiry they informed us that stock was not available due to the flood in chennai and that we would have to wait for two more weeks. We waited until January 6th, and called. The manager gave us a number, which he claimed was the phone number of Mr. Prabhu, manager at the Chennai warehouse. The number was [protected]. We called the number, and someone picked up. The number, it seems, is of a Xerox shop in Chennai, and the person who picked up had no idea about Style Spa and had not even heard of the brand. We informed the manager, who, with absolutely no concern in the matter, told us that this was the number h
                      had recieved from his regional manager and that he could not help us, since there were many other complaints similar to ours coming in. He told us that he was helpless and that his superiors were not responding properly. We have not recieved a follow up after repeated complaints.

                      It is clear that Style Spa is cheating us. Its been many months that we’ve been treated by Style Spa with total neglect. I bought this for my brother, who is suffering from intense back pain, and since he bought this mattress, it has increased manyfold. Due to the total indifference of the customer support, and due to the intense mental frustration we have felt, we demand a full compensation. We do not want a replacement, and we refuse to use any products from this kind of company if this is the customer support we are to recieve later. [protected] Date of Purchase: 23-March-2015 We bought a mattress in the end of March this year and within a weeks time the orthopedic mattress went unevenly surfaced. This was raised with the Style Spa Gajuwaka team and they replaced a new mattress in the 1st week of May. We went out of station for 20 days and when we used the mattress again for 10 days the replaced mattress was found unevenly surfaced and highlighted in the month of June but however it was not resolved until date. Apart from this mattress we bought a different sorts of furniture altogether but we did not see a better after service from Style Spa. Hope someone takes this issue seriously and replace a proper mattress immediately. If you have a quality issue, please do proper control checks before it is given out for sale rather than customers use and share the quality of your products. So far have written 5 mails and the response is "0" I tried to Contact the ASM- Jawahar- Phone is always Busy or switched off The Senior Manager of the store- Ravi Sekhar- No answer on the number at all No courtesy from either of the Style Spa team member till now and it is me who have to call up every single day and their response is someone will come and visit. It is a shame to the company and should not appreciate such staff or leadership, who is not interested to provide after service instead of making profits and money alone.

                          I have purchased a dining table with glass top and steel plated legs. After 6 months, all the steel plating started ripping off. The customer support people are extremely uncooperative and have told us that they can do nothing about the damage. Extreme poor quality and also priced high. In my advice no one should buy any product from STYLE SPA. They sell extreme poor quality stuff.

                                I had bought bed room set from Style SPA furniture in the year 2012. These furniture were assembled with the help of screws. Now after 3 yrs the screws are becoming loose and the furniture needs repairing, but when I contacted style SPA furniture through mail as well as call they are just listening to my problem but not providing help. So i will not recommend anyone to buy furniture from Style SPA furniture.

                                    I had made the payment to Style Spa on 1st Feb 2015 for a 3 door wardrobe, a centre table and a side table. They have still not delivered the side table and the wardrobe was delivered in a not so good condition. There are scraches and marks all over and the mirror is still not fitted. The hanger rod was fitted after more than a month aftrr my repeated reminders. I want my complete money back and they are ready to return only the money of side table which is not delivered even after two months.

                                      I have bought furniture from your Alambag furniture showroom in Lucknow city, Uttar Pradesh on[protected] in the name of Smt R.K. Bhatia, but they had not given us invioce bill. I thought that your company has so much name and reputation so nothing matters but I proved wrong, the almyrah"s lock got broken itself and double bed"s corner is brusing, due to closer of your show room I register my complaint on[protected] in your Gomti Nagar showroom in the same city but they refused to give warranty to us due to non availability of invoice bill. Please help me and give me warranty benefits.

                                        I purchased a mattress from stylespa Ludhiana, last year ( June 2014). it has got compressed at the place where lie down but at other places it is raised . the company has shut down its showroom in Ludhiana and ther is no showroom in whole of Punjab either . we have booked a complaint at customercare but nothing has been done so far. the mattress is under guarantee period . we don't know how to proceed or whom to contact now.
