Purchased style spa furniture worth 1.25 lakhs, horribley the bed has cracked ridiculous from the middle while my grandmother was sitting on it she is 70 years old and weighs 47 kg. Since the bed broke suddenly my cousin who is 5 years old got badly injured his leg and ended up with nerve injury in his leg. I have attached all the evidence including the medical reports. I need a replacement along with medical expenses incurred. Please do the needful. Thanks

One of the chair is damaged, needs to be repaired. Got the number of the service person who did not respond. The show room in Koramangala is shut. When called up Jayanagar, just got number of customer care excecutive. He asked me to whatsApp the image and later did not turn up.

I have purchased style spa furniture worth lakhs of rupees and I never imagined that this would happen. The single bed that my daughter was using has cracked right in the middle. This happened at approx. 1.00 A.M. in the night and my daughter got a nasty shock. I am attaching a photograph. This is a most disgraceful state of affairs. Please take up the matter with Style Spa. Thank you very much.
