      My sukam Falcon +750 VA is not working last 15 days. Continuously beeping when Main power is on. Inverter Mode is working. Please provide service at my quarter. Recently I have been transferred from Varanasi (U.P.) to Malda (West Bengal). I have purchased in Varanasi.

                      Hello,
                      There was a lightning incident on my SU-KAM 1000VA, which was not operational at the time of the incident. The beep alarm suddenly come up after the struck, which prompted me to disconnect the unit from the battery. After the incident, the unit would not come on again.
                      On diagnoses, it was discovered that the micro controller is affected. What l do and is replacement available? How can l get it?
